Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to wholesale purchases of Lizy Del Busto illustrated postcards by shops, florists and other professional buyers.

Wholesale orders are business-to-business sales and are sold firm, not on consignment.

Products

My wholesale collection consists primarily of illustrated A6 postcards printed on matte 400 g paper and supplied with envelopes, unless a product or quotation states otherwise.

Where indicated, quantities can be mixed across available designs.

Because these are printed products, small differences in colour, trimming or finish can occur between print runs.

Pricing

Current wholesale prices are shown on the Wholesale page or provided in a quotation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• ◆prices exclude IVA
• ◆delivery costs are separate
• ◆final pricing depends on the quantity ordered
• ◆any special production or custom requirements will be quoted separately

The price confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation is the price that applies to that order.

Orders

An enquiry does not automatically create an order.

An order is confirmed once the quantity, designs, price, production conditions and payment terms have been agreed in writing.

Payment conditions will be stated on the quotation or invoice.

Where upfront payment is required, production will begin after payment has been received.

Production

I manage the production of all Lizy Del Busto wholesale postcards.

Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing.

If an unexpected production delay occurs, I will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before the order is finalised.

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Please check the order when it arrives.

If anything is missing or arrives damaged, contact me within 5 working days at hello@lizydelbusto.art and include photographs where relevant.

If the problem is confirmed, I will arrange an appropriate replacement, credit or solution.

Cancellations and returns

Wholesale products may be printed specifically for an order.

Once production has started, an order cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the buyer has changed their mind.

This does not affect claims relating to damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Any exception must be agreed in writing.

Firm sale

Wholesale orders are sold firm, not on consignment.

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, the retailer is responsible for selling the stock purchased.

Unsold stock cannot normally be returned.

Resale

Wholesale buyers may resell the physical postcards they purchase through their shop, website or other agreed retail channels.

Retailers are welcome to photograph the physical products for the purpose of promoting and selling the stock they purchased.

Artwork and reproduction rights

Buying postcards does not transfer ownership of the artwork or reproduction rights.

All illustration and design rights remain with Lizy Del Busto.

The artwork may not be:

• ◆scanned or extracted
• ◆reproduced
• ◆reprinted
• ◆manufactured independently
• ◆modified
• ◆sublicensed
• ◆used on other products
• ◆supplied to another manufacturer or printer

without prior written permission.

All production and reprints of Lizy Del Busto wholesale designs are managed through Lizy Del Busto unless a separate written licensing agreement says otherwise.

Custom projects

Custom illustration, exclusive designs, licensing or specially produced collections are not automatically covered by standard wholesale pricing.

These projects will have their own written scope, pricing and usage terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled according to the courts and procedures applicable under Spanish law.
